Exceptions to the Privacy Policy
- We are required by law to report any suspected abuse of a child, a dependent adult, or an elderly person. Any suspected abuse will be reported.
- In addition, we are required to take the appropriate action when a client threatens serious bodily harm to another person. We will contact the police and inform the potential victim.
- If a client plans to harm themselves, we make every effort to protect their safety. However, we will take the appropriate action if they do not cooperate with us.
