Everyone who needs treatment should be able to receive treatment. We work closely with each client to make sure that fees and insurance benefits meet their needs.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
Also, we can assist you in understanding your insurance benefits and services covered by your insurance plan. We accept most insurance plans, including: Maryland Medicaid, CareFirst, United Healthcare, Aetna, Optum, Cigna and many others – reach out to us and we will help you understand your behavioral health coverage.
Schedule of Fees
The schedule of fees are structured on a sliding scale schedule based on income and family size. You will need proof of family income and expenses in order to qualify. Please contact us to learn more.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance benefits or employee benefit plan. Feel free to contact us, we will be glad to help you understand your coverage. We can help you answer the following questions with your insurance carrier:
Do I have behavioral or mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What are my co-pays?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $40 no show fee.
Repeated missed appointments and non-timely communications about appointments may result in discharge from the program and a referral to other providers.
